Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford Health System The Department of Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital provides care for nearly 100000 patients each year, of which 24 percent are admitted to the hospital. Those admissions account for nearly 44 percent of all hospital admissions. More than 30 senior staff physicians and about 50 resident physicians staff the ER with more than 300 nurses and other health care support personnel. Recently, the emergency room underwent an extensive million renovation. The Department has two major resuscitation rooms, a 16-bed critical care area and separate areas for emergency, urgent and pediatric care. The Department has two X-ray suites, two CT scanners and an ultrasound suite – all fully staffed with technicians and radiologists 24 hours a day. In addition, 3 mobile ultrasound machines are present in the department exclusively for emergency physician use in bedside imaging. An onsite pharmacy provides for rapid access and distribution of medications as well as physician consultation. A clinical pharmacist is often present for resuscitations and procedural sedation. Question by withoutapaddle: Is there a way to make money online w/o selling, advertising, taking surveys, or paying a fee?
I am disabled and can not work more than 20 hours a week at a real job. I was wondering if anyone knew a proven way to make money online that isn’t ebay, affiliate programs, taking surveys, and is also free? I have tried all of the above and got scammed several times. Any suggestions?

Ok lets face it, you get nothing from nothing, there is always a cost somewhere in the mix, true you can sign up for tons of affiliate sites but you need a website to list them on. OK so you say, well there is free websites…but you have seen the free website smothered in ads from the company giving the free website.
For a very small investment you can get your own domain name, in fact godaddy ( http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/default.asp?isc=cjcdom004b ) has domain names for .99 a year. Some very interesting sites can be made this way. Where you can list your affiliates.
Also there are some affilitaes out there that give you a website for free, it can not hurt to have them out there, i will list a few for you and all who read:

The Michigan Local Government Management Association had its 2012 Winter Institute in East Lansing this week under the theme “Coaching a New Season.” The organization represents executives from Michigan’s cities, villages, counties and townships and this year’s winter seminar drew more than 200 officials. Topics for the four-day conference included the value of creating a sense of place in restoring Michigan to prosperity by Michigan Municipal League CEO Dan Gilmartin; how to propose a bill; shared services and best practices in local government; community branding strategies; complete streets; the Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP) formerly known as revenue sharing; municipal credit ratings; EVIP and employee compensation; communicating with your residents; creativity and innovation; accreditations; staff effectiveness; legal ramifications of social media; issues surrounding privatization; public safety leadership; the economics of place; legislation impacting health insurance plans.
